Rosarium AI is led by Frane Spahija, an AI engineer born in the US and based in Zagreb, Croatia. As the founding engineer at Mikai Legal, he built a production semantic search and retrieval system for legal discovery from the ground up. He is also co-founding BlizzardBerry, a platform for embedding AI agents into web apps.
